From a two-mile walk to an awesome No-Fleas Market to contests, demonstrations and an agility course, this year’s 24th Annual Furry Scurry is not to be missed! It’s all to benefit homeless pets and horses at Denver Dumb Friends League and it all takes place on Saturday, May 6 in Denver’s Washington Park.
The Dumb Friends League was founded in 1910 and it is the largest community-based animal welfare organization in the Rocky Mountain region. The Furry Scurry is the organization’s premiere fundraising event, last year attracting nearly 12,000 two-legged friends and about 5,000 friends traveling on four legs. But whether you bring your furry pal or not, you’re sure to find lots to enjoy.
THE FLEA-LESS MARKET
will feature more than 150 vendors and pet-related sponsors offering giveaways and information about the latest and greatest pet-related services and products. In addition there will be local food trucks serving up tasty treats along the way.
Hike Doggie is proud to be a vendor this year and we hope you’ll stop by and say HI!
THE WALK
is a two-mile hike around the park that begins at 9am and kicks off the day’s activities.
WATCH
demonstrations provided by the Colorado Disc Dogs, Paw School and the RUFF Flyball Club.
