Dog pool parties are the perfect way to let your pup cool off, have fun, and socialize with other dogs before the crisp autumn air rolls in. Whether your dog is a seasoned swimmer or just enjoys a good splash, these end-of-summer events are all about joy, wagging tails, and making unforgettable memories together. So grab your doggies and get ready to dive into the ultimate summer send-off!

Dog Pool Parties💦

Pups at the Pool in Pueblo

Date & Time: Monday, Sept. 2nd, 2024 – 2 Sessions at 9 am and 12 pm
Location: City Park Pool, 221 S Parkside Ln, Pueblo, CO 81005
Tickets: $5 per dog

Highlands Ranch Doggie Splash & Pet Expo

Date & Time: Saturday, Sept. 7th, 2024 – 3 Sessions at 8 am, 9:30 am, and 11 am
Location: Outdoor Pool, Westridge Recreation Center, 9650 Foothills Canyon Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO, 80129

Bow Wow Doggie Beach Day at Water World

Bring your gently used blankets, towels, and washcloths to donate to Riverdale Animal Shelter at the entrance! We’ll have a free dog treat for everyone who donates.
Stop by booths from Fi Smart Collars, the Riverdale Animal Shelter, the City of Federal Heights, and Oat Paws Ice Cream for dogs! $1 from every Oat Paws purchase will be donated to Riverdale Animal Shelter.
Human snacks and beverages (including adult beverages) will be available for purchase.
Water dishes for the pups are located near all attractions and arrival areas. Plenty of pet-friendly tennis balls are available throughout the park.

All Hike Doggies must meet the following requirements to ensure all our doggies remain safe and have an awesome hike:

  • Be neutered or spayed
  • Be well socialized around other doggies
  • Be non-aggressive or reactive towards; dogs, people, wildlife & other trail users (runners, bikes, etc)
  • Be well mannered while hiking on a leash
  • Be relaxed & calm during the ride to & from the trailhead in their Zen Den (comfortable individual travel space) aboard our Hike Doggie buses
  • Be current on their vaccines (Rabies, Canine Influenza, Distemper, Bordetella, Leptospirosis)
  • Be at least 6 months old or 4 months old if leash trained

If your doggie does not meet these requirements, we recommend neutering/spaying (if you are not planning on breeding your cutie) & do targeted training in any area where he/she may need some help so they can enjoy an enriched lifestyle full of outdoor fun with friends!
