Dog hiking on trail

Dogs Need Adventure—And So Does Your Career!

Dogs don’t just want a walk around the block—they crave adventure! With more pet owners realizing the importance of exercise, mental stimulation, and outdoor time for their pups, the demand for premium pet experiences is skyrocketing.

Dogs Need Adventure—And So Does Your Career! That’s exactly what Hike Doggie delivers.

Hike Doggie isn’t just a pet service—it’s an adventure business. Our franchisees take dogs on scenic, guided hikes, giving them the exercise they need while providing a unique and rewarding experience for their owners. Unlike traditional dog walking, these hikes allow dogs to run, play, and explore in nature, fulfilling their instincts while burning off energy in a way that city walks simply can’t match.

The best part? As a franchisee, you get to build a business around what you love—dogs, nature, and the freedom to be your own boss. No cubicles, no long commutes, just fresh air, happy pups, and a rewarding career that lets you make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

With Hike Doggie, you’re not just running a business; you’re creating an experience that pet parents are willing to pay a premium for. Plus, with ongoing training, marketing support, and a proven business model, we make sure you’re set up for success from day one.

Imagine a career where your office is the great outdoors and your clients are happy, tail-wagging hikers. If you’re looking for a franchise opportunity that stands out, Hike Doggie is your next big adventure. Let’s hit the trail together!

All Hike Doggies must meet the following requirements to ensure all our doggies remain safe and have an awesome hike:

  • Be neutered or spayed
  • Be well socialized around other doggies
  • Be non-aggressive or reactive towards: dogs, people, wildlife & other trail users (runners, bikes, etc)
  • Be well mannered while hiking on a leash
  • Be relaxed & calm during the ride to & from the trailhead in their Zen Den (comfortable individual travel space) aboard our Hike Doggie buses
  • Be current on their vaccines (Rabies, Canine Influenza, Distemper, Bordetella, Leptospirosis)
  • Be at least 6 months old or 4 months old if leash trained

If your doggie does not meet these requirements, we recommend neutering/spaying (if you are not planning on breeding your cutie) & do targeted training in any area where he/she may need some help so they can enjoy an enriched lifestyle full of outdoor fun with friends!
